When Will My Order Ship?

What Happens if My Order Arrives Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Do you Accept Returns?

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse. But if your item arrives damaged or defective, we’ll gladly offer a replacement or refund.

Do You Offer International Shipping?

We currently only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

How Can I Cancel My Order?

You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of purchase by contacting us as soon as possible. After 12 hours, your order may already be in production and we won’t be able to cancel or make changes.
