Return & Refund Policy

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  1. Wrong size ordered
  2. Change of mind
  3. Incorrect address provided by the customer

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. A clear photo of the issue
  2. Your order number

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Lost Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend contacting your local carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot replace or refund orders marked as delivered.

REFUND METHOD

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
