I ordered the mat which made it to the US quickly but it got stuck in a shipping facility, fault of the shipper not the shop! Mathias was very quick to respond to my help request, kind and understanding when I brought up the shipping and offered to replace or refund the Mat for me. When I asked him to give me time because the Mat suddenly moved from the facility a week after it arrived he was generously willing to do so so that I could see if it arrived or not. One of the best interactions with a shop I've ever had and my son adores his new desk mat. The quality is amazing, art is vibrant and my kiddo ranted about the cool design of the tuxedo cat in particular!
